Tom is a Registered Civil Engineer with vast experience in water resource issues, working for the County of Santa Barbara Public Works Department for more than 30 years, 27 of those in management and leadership positions.
His considerable experience will help ensure we consider all options available to residents relating to wastewater issues and regulatory compliance, consider the costs of various options, and help our community make the best decisions for the future of Los Olivos.
Tom and his wife Kathy moved to Los Olivos in 1989, choosing Los Olivos to raise their family and enjoy the quality of life our town has to offer.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Los Olivos Community Services District
