Each year, the General Manager for the LOCSD closes out the year by hosting a public meeting where people can catch up on the prior years' activities, understand plans for the coming year, and ask questions in a less formal setting. As has been done the past few years, the meeting will also be broadcast via Zoom. Meaning anyone can watch the meeting, but only those in attendance will be able to ask questions during the meeting. If you cannot attend, but have questions, send them to the General Manager at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

The State of the District annual meeting is hosted by the General Manager. It is not a meeting of the Board of Directors for the District.
