Mike brings 30 years of experience as a licensed public works utility contractor specializing in sewer and water infrastructure and is recently retired. He has direct experience with construction, design and value engineering of septic to sewer system conversion projects.
He is the past president of the Engineering and General Contractors Association (EGCA) and earned the 2007 EGCA Leadership Award, 2004 EGCA Contractor of the Year, and 1997 Trenchless Technology Project of the Year Award.
Mike’s extensive background in sewer design and construction brings tremendous value to the Los Olivos CSD. He lives in Los Olivos with his wife Christine.
