LOCSD to Hold Public Meetings via Remote Access as Authorized by Governor Newsom’s COVID-19 Guidelines

May contain: laptop, computer, pc, electronics, person, human, computer hardware, hardware, computer keyboard, and keyboard

Effective immediately, the Los Olivos Community Services District (LOCSD) will hold all meetings via teleconferencing and allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting telephonically or otherwise electronically.  Information on how to access/join a meeting via teleconferencing will be provided on the meeting agenda and on this website.  Meetings will be held remotely until the LOCSD resumes normal business hours and operations.

The ability to meet remotely is authorized by Governor Gavin Newson’s March 12, 2020 Executive Order N-29-20 establishing guidelines in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Order N-29-20 amends Section 11 of Executive Order N-25-20 and suspended certain Brown Act requirements pertaining to teleconferencing of public agency meetings.

Your LOCSD Board of Directors appreciates your patience and understanding during this time as we continue to do the District’s business while working together to promote public health and minimize community contact.  If you have questions or concerns regarding accessibility to a meeting, please contact us at (805) 500-4098.
