Brad is a Senior Mechanical/Systems Engineer with 40 years’ experience, including 30 years in aerospace, with focus on energy conservation and utilization. He contributed significantly to the formation of the Los Olivos CSD. His strengths include technical leadership, oral and written communication, project management, and team building. Brad and his wife Marcy have been residents of Los Olivos for over 22 years.

Los Olivos Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Los Olivos Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
